I originally thought I wanted to weigh myself weekly,but I don't want to set any limitations for myself. I am going to give the month of January my all and see if I can, not only reach my goal of losing ten pounds, but go beyond that! I know I have set the bar high, but I want to see what I am capable of. I know I can do it, but it requires hard work, dedication, and never giving up. I'm challenging myself and I want the world to see that I can do it. Just watch!
