I sure do feel the aftermath of yesterday. I took the day off from exercising to rest my muscles, plus I had to work 8 hours today. You know what though tomorrow I am going right back to zumba. I can't wait. Today I did really well on my calories welll... until dinner, You live and you learn. who knew 1 piece of pork tenderloin had 600 calories in it!? I was so shocked when I found out, guess I know to avoid it now, but I still ended the day under 2000 calories.(it's the little things too ya know)
